Horace!

2 year old male goldendoodle!

Horace is a fun & playful guy looking for just the right family to call home <3

Horace joined FMN recently when his family decided to put him first and allow him to find a home where can be truly comfortable and live freely.

While being an all around amazing & sweet dog, Horace does struggle with anxiety around men. We have no known history of any trauma or harm caused to him by any man in his life, but it is very clear that he is not comfortable around them. Horace does “fine” around men and has never done anything to act on his anxiety. In his foster home, he will reluctantly accept attention and listen to his foster dad but only because he is a certified good boy. If he had any other option, he would definitely take it!

Other than this quirk, Horace is the goodest boy! He has shown no aggression or other anxiety triggers. He is a seriously goofy and very lovable pup! He’s been a great house guest and an easy-going foster dog!

Horace has been loving his temporary situation in his foster home! He loves having a big yard to run around in with his foster sisters, chasing them for forever and sniffing each and every corner. He loves others dogs and would absolutely love to have some furry company in his new home!

Inside the home, Horace is super affectionate with his foster mom! He adores her! He has gotten very comfortable on the couch and has claimed it as his favorite napping spot! He has taken every opportunity to snuggle and nap with his foster mom there!

Horace is hoping for a home that is typically man-free, where he can relax and truly feel comfortable <3 If this sounds like you, please consider giving this good boy a loving forever home!
