Moon!

This gorgeous gorgeous girl is our sweetest Moon <3 Moon joined FMN after her family circumstances drastically changed and they were unable to continue to care for her.

In our care, Moon has been a sweet kitty with the classic “on my terms” boundaries. Moon does not like to be picked up (squirms and is obviously uncomfortable but can be handled if necessary) but does LOVE to join you on the couch and bed for snuggles! She is almost always up for the snuggles when her boundaries are respected <3

Moon has done well with the other cats in the home and wouldn’t mind a kitty companion in her furever home! Moon was said to have lived with dogs but we have found she is not a fan - though this may improve with time & patience for the right dog! Moon uses the litter box appropriately and has been an overall well behaved house guest!

Moon did have to receive a sedated shave due to some matting on her back end and belly so her new family will need to keep up with her brushing to ensure this does not happen again. Moon has done well with the brush in our care so this should not be an issue moving forward <3
