Cuddles!
7 month old female bully mix
The long awaited! After 10 weeks of orthopedic surgeries and recoveries, Cuddles has been officially cleared and ready for adoption!! <3 She has watched her friends come and go, and now it’s finally her turn!
Cuddle’s story has not been easy. Cuddles, her two littermates, and her mom were victims and survivors of a gruesome animal abuse case in December of 2025. Shortly after safely joining FMN, Cuddle’s failed attempt at a kennel escape unfortunately resulted in fractures in both of her tibias via the tendons that run over and around the knee (see previous posts for more info). Double knee surgery, 6 weeks of strict kennel rest, an additional 3 weeks of reduced activity & close monitoring, and now having the final extra pins removed - Cuddles is fully cleared & ready to close this chapter and start the next!
Outside of her sad past & crazy medical history, Cuddles has been a wonderful puppy that is loved dearly by her foster family and everyone at the vet clinic & our rescue. We are going to miss her so much but know that her perfect family is out there waiting for her! She is a natural lover who steals the hearts of everyone she comes across
In our care, Cuddles has been socialized with kids, cats, and other dogs! She loves everyone (sometimes almost too much?) and would be stoked to find a home with other furry friends to love and play with. She would do best with other dogs that can match her energy and tolerate her eagerness to be friends. Cuddles has adored the 2 kiddos in her foster home and would love and do well with any kids bigger than the toddler stage (to avoid any accidents). Cuddles has been around cats here & there during her time with us (temp appt stays at my place!) and has done well with them! Cuddles does not have a mean bone in her body. She is a true lover girl - loving hard & fast!
Cuddles is fully potty trained! Her foster family has done an amazing job keeping up with this throughout her recovery & kennel rest. As you can imagine, Cuddles is not a big fan of the kennel due to her long need of prolonged kennel rest (and presumably from her past history before joining the rescue). Cuddles does need to be kenneled when her humans are out of the home and has been utilizing a heavy duty kennel to keep her safe & secure. Because of this, Cuddles will come with a heavy duty kennel to continue to keep her safe & secure in her future home.
Cuddle is generally well mannered in the home while still being an active, playful puppy. She enjoys roughhousing with the other dogs during the day and snuggling up on the couch to watch tv at the end of the night. Overall, Cuddles is an incredibly sweet, loving, silly goofy, playful puppy with SO MUCH LOVE to give. She has an incredible positive outlook on life despite her many challenges. She truly just wants to love, be loved, and to play her heart out with her best of friends. We don’t think that is too much to ask for!
Cuddles is looking for an active family that will cherish her for many years - providing her with safety & stability, unconditional love, and unlimited snuggles. If you are looking for a loyal puppy to fill your days with love, laughter, & light, consider adopting our sweet Cuddles!
