Mouse

12 week old male shorthair kitten

Mouse may be a bit handicapped, but he doesn’t let that stop his fun! Mouse has been fully cleared, vetted, and is now ready to find his forever people <3

Before joining FMN, Mouse suffered from some sort of trauma or infection that caused permanent damage to his eyes. Mouse has been diagnosed with “synechia” a condition where his iris is stuck to the lens causing some visual impairment. While this does affect his vision, you would never guess it by looking at his play and explore!

Mouse is anything but shy and cautious. He is a curious, confident, happy, and playful kitten! He is a pro-soccer player and is obsessed with all the toys in his foster home - even attempting to steal some from his canine foster sister (Saylor!). He loves to wrestle with any furry friend that lets him and is always exploring his environment.

Overall Mouse has been a wonderful kitten to have around! He has used his litterbox appropriately and has been a fun companion! When he is not busy causing chaos, he can be found being extra cute and snuggled up on soft surfaces and with his foster siblings <3 He would love to find a home with lots of room to explore and plenty of toys (and/or furry friends) to play with!

If you are looking for an outgoing and playful kitten and can “look past” his special eyes, please consider adopting our sweet Mouse!
